1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all StellaMia products include free standard shipping.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and often sooner. Delivery times vary by destination, with most orders arriving within 3–7 business days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your package anytime on the FedEx website by entering your tracking number.
4. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently, StellaMia ships only to the contiguous United States. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or other remote locations.
Returns & Warranty
1. What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns and exchanges for eligible orders. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
2. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, exchanges are possible depending on product availability. If there is a price difference, customers will need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund accordingly.
4. Do your products come with a warranty?

5. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team via cs@stellamia.us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Orders & Payment
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a short time window after placement. Once the order enters processing or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.
3. How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details once the order is successfully placed.
