We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. All StellaMia products are securely packaged and shipped via trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

 

We will ship from the local warehouse to you depending on your shipping address and/or available inventory. Please keep in mind, shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed - delays may occur due to things like inclement weather, shipping issues, customs delays, inventory shortages, or other situations beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We know how important fast and free shipping is to our customers. We provide free shipping on all of our products. (Limited to the lower 48 US states only)

1. Non-shipping Regions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and do not deliver to the following locations:

United States: Puerto Rico (PR), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Alaska (AK), American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. 

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-Off Time

All orders placed before 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (GMT-08:00, Los Angeles) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Standard shipping time: Approximately 3–7 business days via FedEx
  • Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will ship on the next business day.
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs, inventory shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours containing all shipping details and a tracking number to monitor your order until it reaches your door.

3. Shipping Carrier

We use FedEx as our shipping provider.

4. Logistics Tracking

To ensure you are always updated your order’s progress, 24 hours after your package has shipped from the warehouse you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the details you need. You’ll find the shipping details inside, and a tracking number you can use to keep track of your order.

5. Incorrect Delivery Address

All undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. To reschedule a delivery to the correct address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a re-delivery fee.
